Adam Engel, PT, DPT
Adam grew up in Seattle, WA and attended Western Washington University where he received his BS in Exercise Science.
He then went on to work as a personal trainer in Bellevue, WA where he excelled in designing programs focusing on weight loss and increased fitness.
In 2009 Adam graduated from Regis University with his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. In school he focused on manipulation and mobilization for treating the spine and extremities.
He has been with Sport and Spine, now KinetaCare, since January 2009 and continues to have a special interest in manual therapy for treating spine dysfunction.
Adam has spent the last year specializing in incorporating Functional Movement and Neurodevelopmental movement patterns into his rehab programs while continuing to treat his patients with his expertise in manual manipulative therapy and intramuscular manual therapy, dry needling.
Adam believes in empowering his patients with knowledge to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
In his free time he enjoys staying active in the outdoors by running, biking, skiing, and most recently surfing!
